"The Clinical Support and Education Program was an outstanding course that delivered an opportunity for nurses to develop skills in clinical support, mentoring, and teaching. Designed with a strong emphasis on collaboration, accessibility, and peer learning, the program provided ideas for the development of small teaching moments, reinforcing confidence in mentoring and teaching while promoting professional resilience. It acknowledged the realities of limited staffing, lesser opportunities for time-resourced education, and the need for adaptable teaching methods. The most rewarding part of the program was the Masterclass with its focus on nursing collaboration, fostering genuine connections between healthcare professionals. The mix of interactive workshops, group discussions, and simulation training were well thought out and engaging. AEAC’s commitment to a sustainable workforce was evident throughout, with the relationships built, knowledge shared and networks strengthened leaving a lasting impact. I look forward to seeing further advancements of this program and would highly recommend it to any clinician interested in fostering education." – Kate Welleman (RN), Alpine Health
